About Marshall Lockton
Marshall Lockton is the Partner and majority owner of Knight Agency, where he leads strategy and operations alongside the founder and leadership team. Through Meraki Investments, his company devoted to driving profit with purpose, Marshall invests in businesses that enrich employees, customers, and communities while fostering meaningful impact.
With 14 years at Lockton—his family’s business and the largest family-owned insurance brokerage—Marshall developed sales and leadership programs, guided complementary ventures, and worked on long-term family ownership strategies. He continues to collaborate with his family on culture initiatives and preparing the next generation.
Marshall and his wife, Nora, live in Kansas City with their two children, Miles and Sloane. A passionate community advocate, he mentors through Big Brothers Big Sisters, serves on its local board, and is an active member of the Kansas City Chapter of YPO. This podcast embodies his belief in the transformative power of culture, creativity, and purpose.
